Terms of Service for SphereLearn and Examply

These terms apply to your use of the SphereLearn website and Examply learning service. By using the service, you agree to follow these terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Examply is intended for secondary-school students, including users under 18. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian consent, that requirement applies. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
2. Educational Use
Examply provides past-question practice, study tools, and learning support. Educational content and AI-generated explanations may contain mistakes or omissions. Check important answers against reliable learning materials and official examination guidance. We do not guarantee a particular examination result, score, admission, or academic outcome.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious code, or use it in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others. Do not attempt to access another user's account or private information.
4. Plans and Payment
Features available to you depend on your current plan. Any paid plan, price, and included features will be shown before purchase. Where activation requires manual payment verification, payment alone does not mean access has been activated; follow the stated verification process and retain your receipt. Contact us if payment is made but access is not enabled.
Refund requests will be considered in accordance with the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable Nigerian law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
5. Privacy and Student Data
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent students' personal data. We use service providers where reasonably necessary to host, secure, and operate the service, and may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, or legal claims.
6. Intellectual Property
The service, its software, branding, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the service for personal educational purposes. Do not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission, except where permitted by law.
7. Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service available, but outages, maintenance, connectivity problems, or device limitations may interrupt access. We may update or discontinue features for operational, safety, or technical reasons. We will not promise uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, SphereLearn does not guarantee that all content will be error-free or that the service will always be available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
9. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using the service and request account deletion through our support contact, subject to applicable retention requirements.
10. Governing Law and Contact
